To our valued customers, we apologize for any trouble you may have had reaching us this week. We are still waiting for installation of our telephone lines, but we are open while we get everything out and looking nice. Please stop by the shop if you are in the area. We hope to have telephone service (with the regular 617-927-7500 number) back within the next day or two. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

This is the big weekend! We are moving to our new, larger location to serve you better! We had hoped to be ready to go with no days closed, but all big projects take longer than expected. Come visit us on Monday in our new location at 217 Newbury St. Boston, MA 02116! We are easily accessible from the Copley Green Line stop, and are just 5 minutes walk from our old location.
3 Nov 2009 - iPhone Unlocking Update
We are pleased to announce the availability of unlocking services for all current iPhone models and firmware versions. This includes the latest version, 3.1.2. If your phone is currently unlocked at a lower version, it is not safe to upgrade. You will need to purchase unlocking services again. Postal service is available from our Online Shop, or you may bring your phone to our Prudential Center location for service while you wait.
9 Sep 2009 - iPhone News
Apple has released a new firmware version for all iPhone models. Version 3.1 will appear in iTunes in the next few days. Do NOT upgrade your phone at this time. Doing so will cause your phone to lock again. It is possible that this version will not be able to be unlocked in the future. It is not possible to revert to 3.0.1 after upgrading. We will announce if it is safe to upgrade, or if unlocking is available for this version, in the future.
4 Aug 2009 - iPhone Unlocking Update
We are pleased to announce that we are once again able to unlock all iPhones, with all software versions. This includes the iPhone (2G), iPhone 3G, and iPhone 3GS, with any software version, including 3.0.1. This service is available in- store, or Postal service can be ordered from our Online Shop. If you have a version lower than 3.0.1, upgrading will lock your phone again. Do not upgrade unless you intend to have the phone unlocked again. We can also perform the upgrade while unlocking your phone if you so desire.
13 Jul 2009 - Blackberry 9630 Tour Unlocking NOW AVAILABLE!
We are pleased to announce Postal and in- store unlocking services for the Blackberry Tour 9630. The service is now available for order from our Online Shop, or you may visit our physical location for service while you wait. At this time, the service is limited to phones from the Verizon Wireless network. We hope to offer the service for Sprint and a Canadian phones in the future. Please do not inquire with us about these or other networks. We will announce services for them as soon as they become available.
24 Jun 2009 - iPhone Update
Version 3.0 is now available for the iPhone and iPhone 3G. Unlocking services are now available for the iPhone (2G) and iPhone 3G running this firmware. The new iPhone 3G S is not unlockable at this time. We do not have an estimate for the availability of this service.
27 May 2009 - Nokia E71x Postal Unlocking Now Available!
We are pleased to announce postal unlocking services for the Nokia E71x. This will allow use of your phone with any sim card from any GSM service provider! The service is now available in- store for our local customers, and postal service may be ordered on our website for those not in the area. At this time, flashing and decustomizing services are not available for this model. We do not have an estimate as to when they will be, but will announce them if they become available.
